  1. Main Duties & Responsibilities:
    • Control of documentation and records
    • Ensure that the filing & record keeping of Department are in line with BV procedures
    • Issue job sheet for inspection assignment as required by Department Manager.
    • Maintain and update sale & schedule logbooks
    • Prepare monthly reports sale report and general report
    • Issue and control invoicing processes
    • Contact with client for inspection scheduling
    • Provide logistics and other supplies to surveyors for the purpose of implementation of job assignment
    • Perform all administrative activities as required for the operation of the Department
    • Review all timesheet & expenses of surveyors / supervisors / sales staff / De.ty Manager and Manager for submission to relevant managerial persons for approval
    • Assist in marketing & sale (prepare materials / in.t for proposal, tender, translation, etc. as required)
    • Perform other assistant activities as and when reasonably requested by Manager and other staff.
    • To do market research and define potential clients
    • To decide the BV products can sell in the market in priority order
    • To prepare a list of potential clients for the products
    • To prepare a marketing & visit plans on weekly basis
    • To perform the marketing & visit plans to get the following minimum information of service
    • Prepare technical & financial proposal and draft of the contract.
    • Assist in charge of the works on projects
    • Assist the project implementation complies with BUREAU VERITAS methodology
    • Contributes towards the client recognition of BUREAU VERITAS work and contributes towards future development
    • Contributes towards the skills and know-how internal exchange

 

 

Candidate Profile

 

  • University degree;
  • At least 2 years’ experience in the customer services/ technical support/ Department assistant.
  • Wide relation project management, project developer

 

Technical and professional skills

 

  • Good communication
  • Customer services
  • Fluent in reading, writing & speaking English
  • Good command in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, …)
  • Back-office admin skills
  • Understanding of services for industrial, construction, power and utilities project, real estate…good capability in marketing & sales activities
