Our job performance is within the framework of the BV Quality Assurance System, follow strictly HSE requirements, Codes of Ethics and BV Group’s policies and procedures.

Tasks – Activities – Responsibilities

  • To issue invoice/ request advance based on contracts/agreements signed with clients and target;
  • To collect money per contracts/ agreements and per target;
  • To check T&E for auditors and submit for approval;
  • To send Certificates (soft & hard copy) to clients;
  • To do other admin tasks requested by N+1

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
  • At least 1 year working experience as Customer Service/ Admin/ Secretary position or relevant
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of character
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Good command of English
