Tasks – Activities – Responsibilities

 

1. Humance Resouce Tasks (60%):

  • Source potential candidates from various online channels.
  • Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
  • Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
  • Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person);
  • Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning tests.
  • Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally.
  • Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
  • Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits.
  • Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-filltime-to-hire and source of hire;
  • Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events.
  • Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
  • Act as a consultant to new hires and help them on board.
  • Design and update job descriptions.
  • Support HR Team in Hanoi office to set up events/workshop/training.

2. Administrative Tasks (40%):

  • Responsible for paying monthly office operating expenses to suppliers on Flex and working with accounting department to settle debts for suppliers;
  • Support for preparing logistics for New Employee.
  • Manage staff profiles, annual leave and staff induction.
  • Follow up on labor contract, contracts renewal & staff resignation;
  • Work closely with office suppliers to manage the daily office operation.
  • Manage assets in and out of the office.
  • Organize engagement activities for office staff.
  • Responsible for preparing and providing benefit-related activities for employees such as gift vouchers for birthdays, or public holidays, …
  • Manage operating costs of the office and make a monthly cash expense report for accountant.
  • Ensure a hygiene working environment and provide convenient facilities for all staffs at the office.
  • Support for making visa and work permit for Expat.
  • Support Admin tasks, if required.

Job Qualifications

 

  • BSc in English, Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field
  • Minimum 02 working years experience in HR and Administration tasks;
  • Prefer candidate who have at least 1+ years' experience of working in a Recruiter٫ Headhunting service or similar role. Significant experience with sourcing techniques; effective sourcing and attracting candidates.
  • Good knowledge of recruitment process; recruitment market.
  • Experiences in admin works such as car, hotel and air ticket booking.
  • Good knowledge of VN Labor Code as well as other labor rules
