MEP Supervisor

Our job performance is within the framework of the BV Quality Assurance System, follow strictly HSE requirements, Codes of Ethics and BV Group’s policies and procedures.

MAIN TASKS

• Oversee the installation of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ensure all M&E systems meet safety and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with architects, construction managers, and other engineers.
• Prepare detailed plans, drawings, and specifications for M&E systems.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor progress to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Identify and resolve any issues related to M&E systems during construction.
• Estimate costs and prepare budgets for M&E components of the project.
• Collaborate with procurement teams to source materials and equipment
• Monitoring all Pre-commissioning checks and progress of any remedial defects liability works and the release of retention money
• Manage outsourced resources, specifying the qualifications and experience required for the relevant M&E design engineers
• Preparation of the Project handbook, issuing Systems and Procedures, instructions, Drawings, certificates, Schedules and valuations, and the preparation and submission of reports, and relevant documentary return

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in M&E design and construction.
• Supervisor Certificate Class I or II (compulsory)
• In-depth knowledge of industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
