TASKS – ACTIVITIES – RESPONSIBILITIES
•Create and maintain good relationships with the entire Project Management Board;
•Monitor, arrange documents, internal revenue and expenditure of assigned projects;
•Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders;
•Preparation of logistics for Project Manager;
•Translating and interpreting for the managers; Translate incoming and outgoing dispatches, documents and records, conversations, meetings when required;
•Proper handle communication between Project Manager with Internal and External customers/clients/colleagues;
•Manage logistics for management meetings, internal events;
•Communicate and provide information by relevant methods internally and externally to assist and enable organizational operations and effective service to connect groups;
•Perform other administrative tasks assigned.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
§A Bachelor's degree in relevant fields; candidates with background in Mechanical or Electrical engineering is preferred;
§Able to travel and work on site;
§Fluent in English 4 skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
§Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
§Strong organizational and planning skills, ability to set priorities and meet deadlines;
§Demonstrated ability to work with extremely confidential information, to engage and to interact with the VIP stakeholders within country and abroad;
TECHNICAL AND PROFESSIONAL SKILLS
§Good command in office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, …)
§Have good communication, coordination and presentation skills;
§Attention to detail and meticulousness;
§High level of concentration and patience;
§Willingness to learn and adapt well;
§Proactive and able to work under high pressure.
