Job Description : Project Engineer/ Project Assistant
Reporting : Project Manager
Tasks – Activities – Responsibilities |
- A project engineer is responsible for the engineering and technical disciplines needed to complete a project.
- Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring of assigned engineering projects.
- Organize and store project records.
- Support on site technical supervision.
- Drafting documents, sending, and receiving, tracking exchanges via email, handwritten letters, etc.
- Participate and make minutes of weekly or unscheduled meetings.
- Prepare Consultant reports (monthly, weekly, or daily depending on the project).
- Prepare monthly payment records for the Union's work.
- Implement internal company procedures (Prepare time sheets, operate on internal systems, etc.)
- Act as a liaison with the office to support the remote delegation (send and receive mail, documents, protective gear, tools, etc.).
- Manage and report expenses incurred during the work of the Union.
- Translate documents (if any).
- Ensuring the project's compliance with the applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications.
Candidate Profile |
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field OR Prefer: Freshers/ Final year students from Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics...
- Good English, knowledge of French is preferred.
- The ability to work with multiple discipline projects.
- Working area: Hanoi and neighboring provinces
- Health: in good health, ready to go on business trips to neighboring provinces.
