Project Manager (Construction)

TASKS – ACTIVITIES – RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the overall execution of the project

• Manage the team of engineers at site (Vietnamese and/or foreigners)

• Manage the relations between the various entities of Bureau Veritas involved

• Prepare, review, update and modify the Project Quality Plan as needed.

• Endorse the Inspection and Test Plans.

• Mobilize Resources as required and ensure Resources are properly qualified.

• Liaise with client to ensure the project meet Client expectations.

• To ensure that the works is carried out on site in accordance with the latest approved drawings and specifications at the time of execution.

• Shall coordinate with Client to raise any important issue.

• Review and approve official letters, documents.

• To ensure safety is practiced on site, any hazard noticed shall be reported to the Safety Officer and other concerned personnel on site.

• Create periodic meetings with all personnel on site at least once a week

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• University degree with Engineer or a related technical discipline

• 10+ years of strong Project Management experience in building and infrastructure projects.

• Having Project Management Certificate Grade I

• Must have the valid certificate of construction activity capability issued by Ministry of Construction.

• Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing)

• Can arrange to travel for inspection jobs
