MAIN TASKS

  • Follow up on client confirmations, document collection, and contract management (review, draft, issue).
  • Provide administrative support: maintain databases, manage sales documentation, contract set-up in system.
  • Support to record and manage customer information and constantly update it on the database system
  • Support to contact with client and handle customer complaints by contacting technical staff directly on all related issues;
  • Arrange and prepare logistics (car booking, air ticket booking, ...) for sales team.
  • Assist to prepare timesheet & expenses of sales team for submission to relevant managerial persons for approval
  • Assist in marketing & sale (prepare materials / input for proposal, tender, translation, etc.) as required
  • Perform ad hoc duties as requested by Manager.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, or Business Admin
  • 1 year working experience as Customer Service/ Admin/ Secretary position or relevant is preferred
  • Good command in office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ...)
  • Fluent in reading, writing & speaking English is preferred
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of character
