Job Description :  CS Training (Temporary position)

Reporting           :  Leader of CS

1. Tasks – Activities – Responsibilities

• Receive information from sales to deploy in-house and public training classes
• Contact customers and finalize training schedule
• Arrange trainers to conduct training
• Book training class on the software system
• Prepare materials and logistics for classrooms and trainers
• Update the training schedule to the training monitoring file
• Invoice and collect training fee
• Notify training results and send certificates to trainees
• Perform other tasks assigned by superiors

2. Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Business Admin or Technical major
• At least 1 year working experience as Customer Service/ Admin/ Secretary position or relevant
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of character
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Good command of English
