As an Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial operations of the organization. You will lead a team of accounting professionals and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual with a growth mindset, continuously seeking ways to improve processes and drive the department's success.
Key Responsibilities:

- Bachelor of Finance & Accounting, pursue other professional certification (ACCA, CPA… is a plus)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting management role
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in financial reporting, taxation
- Thorough understanding of accounting principles, practices, and regulations, as well as tax and compliance requirements
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and identify opportunities for improvement
- Proactive and growth mindset, with a commitment to continuous learning and development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in leading teams through tax, regulatory, and policy changes
