Tasks – Activities – Responsibilities

  • Follow up on client confirmations, document collection, and contract management (review, draft, issue).
  • Provide administrative support: maintain databases, manage sales documentation, prepare reports, and schedule employee documents.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, provide product/service information, and manage sales orders (create quotes, and process orders).
  • Handle logistics: book transportation and accommodations.
  • Collect, draft, and finalize site reports, including salary reports.
  • Support lead generation, sales campaigns, and coordinate sales-related activities.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating sales meetings, events, and conferences.
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote Bureau Veritas Vietnam's services and generate sales leads. Qualify leads and identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including calls made, leads generated, and sales closed.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager.
  • Our job performance is within the framework of the BV Quality Assurance System, QHSE policy, Codes of Ethics and BV Group’s policies and procedures.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Business Admin or Technical major.
  • Good in reading, writing & speaking English.
  • Good command of office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, …).
  • Can work independently under pressure.
