Job Description : BD Manager for Vietnam Public Training
Reporting : Training Manager
Working location : BV HCM Office
Tasks – Activities – Responsibilities
• To plan for training programs – Contents and Schedule for Public classes
• To complete BV understanding of the local market: size, clients, competitors, organization, access channels.
• Identify market trends for training and contributing ideas and solution in the creation or development of new products, in conjunction with subject matter experts aligned to the business strategy
• To set up a prospective database.
• To monitor business activities (P&L, contracts, quotations, plan) of Public Training team.
• To comply and adhere to all necessary procedures for a good & safe running of the business
• To be responsible for the achievement of the sales target set by Training Manager.
• To be responsible for following pricing models and ensure profitability for training business.
• To recruit, coach and train new Training team members, attract and retain key talents based on budget and growth plan.
To deploy a wide variety of training methods.
• Assist management on yearly budgeting for Public Training Sales target with growth agenda.
• Others to be assigned from time to time.
Candidate Profile
• Business background, university degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience working in Sales & Marketing field, Training & Competency Building sales.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals.
• Good computer and database skills
• Business mind set to support development of CER business.
