General Description

 

Lead the Certification Department; formulate, implement and coordinate policies regarding certification operation; design and manage methods for maximizing current and future procedures; be responsible for achieving annual sales objective and developing new business; responsible for-Profit results of the BU.

Our job performance is within the framework of the BV Quality Assurance System, QHSE policy, Codes of Ethics and BV Group’s policies and procedures.

 

Tasks – Activities – Responsibilities

General Responsibilities

  • Execute Bureau Veritas Certification (BVC) Vietnam’s sales strategies and policies.
  • Actively seek and develop new business opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Maintain and update customer information accurately in the sales system (CRM).
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Operational Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential clients through various channels (calls, emails, networking, referrals).
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to promote BVC services.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.
  • Monitor contract status and ensure timely closure of deals.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing team for webinars, events, and promotional campaigns.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth.

Customer Care Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Handle client inquiries and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues.
  • Collect client feedback and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Reporting Responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports, including pipeline status and performance metrics.
  • Provide market insights and customer feedback to improve sales strategies and service offerings.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in services or certification industry.
  • Experience in handling full sales cycles from lead generation to closing is a plus.

Technical and Professional Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with CRM or sales management systems.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently under pressure.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
