: Telesales – Training

Tasks – Activities – Responsibilities

 

  • Sourcing and Identifying Potential Customers.
  • Make phone calls to potential customers to introduce the services of Bureau Veritas Vietnam.
  • Consult and answer customer questions.
  • Record and manage customer information and constantly update it on the database system.
  • Building relationships with customers based on focusing on customer needs and wants and closing sales.
  • Record and report complaints of customers.
  • Coordinate with the Business Development team and other departments to achieve business goals.
  • Support in organizing workshop, fairs, seminar, workshop, commercial event etc….
  • Report to Supervisor on weekly business progress and results.
  • Our job performance is within the framework of the BV Quality Assurance System, QHSE policy, Codes of Ethics and BV Group’s policies and procedures.

 

Candidate Profile

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or similar industry
  • Experience working as a tele-sales or other positions related to sales/customer care
  • Experience in achieving business targets by selling over the phone
  • Familiar with related software and telephony system
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/interpret them to potential customers
  • Proficient in communication skills and working with people
  • Calm and able to handle rejection situations
  • Proficient in persuasive negotiation skills, able to handle arising problems and resolve negative complaints
  • Good command of English is an advantage
