TASKS – ACTIVITIES – RESPONSIBILITIES

1/ Recruitment:

▪ Responsible for job posting, screening, interviewing (scheduling), and reference checking.

▪ Ensure that all new recruits have complete and legitimate personal documents in accordance with the law and the Company policy.

2/ Training:

▪ Support the Recruitment & Training Executive in building up an annual training schedule based on TNA (Training Needs Analysis).

▪ Collect learning hours and update on Success Factors. ▪ Responsible for designing training posters to attract employees.

▪ Monitor COE completion of BV staff in line with the timeline of BV policy.

3/ C&B:

▪ Organize personnel records by filing and updating employees’ information on personnel software systems and hard files regularly such as employment, termination, transfer, training, salaries/wages, personal information, PMP, etc.

▪ Regularly update all legal documents or laws relating to SRV compulsory insurance.

4/ Others:

▪ Together with the HR team and Marketing to organize staff events such as Company trips, Staff Meetings, Family Day, and Year-End Parties…

▪ Perform other duties as requested by the Manager.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

▪ Graduated from the university, majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.

▪ Good knowledge of the VN Labor Code as well as other labor rules

▪ Good command of writing and speaking English

▪ Trustworthy, high integrity

▪ Courtesy and respect for individuals

▪ Committed to constant learning and improvement
