We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Trainer for Food Scheme to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs that ensure compliance, promote safety awareness, and support our organization's quality and environmental standards.

Tasks – Activities – Responsibilities

Job Overview

A specialized role focused on developing and implementing comprehensive training programs for critical food safety schemes, ensuring organizational compliance and excellence in food safety management.

Development and Delivery of Training Programs

• Develop and create specialized training materials (including training outlines, materials, presentations, and instructional guides) specific to each standard scheme for the implementation of both Public and Inhouse Training method.
• Develop continuous improvement strategies and stay updated on emerging food safety regulations.
• Conduct professional training sessions for food industry professionals via offline, online, hybrid format.
• Deliver workshops on Food Safety standards, Hygiene protocols, Quality management systems, Compliance requirements.

Program Evaluation and Support

• Ensure training programs meet regulatory standards.
• Prepare certificate examinations for participants.
• Stay updated on latest food safety regulations and industry standards.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback and improvement recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and communicate with management about training outcomes.
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs.
• Address client inquiries related to the certification process.

Strategic Contributions

• Provide guidance to management on training and development strategies.
• Identify and support opportunities for cross-selling Bureau Veritas services as needed.
• Execute additional tasks as assigned by the Training Manager.

Compliance and Quality Assurance

Ensure adherence to the BV Quality Assurance System, QHSE policy, Codes of Ethics, and BV Group’s policies and procedures.

Requirements

Experience

• 5 years of experience in training and auditing for Food Scheme
• Strong experience in training for IRCA Certified Lead Auditor FSSC/ BRCGS recognized/ FSMA training course.
• Preferred additional training/ auditing in Lead ISO 9001/ 14001/ 45001 is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of local and international regulations and standards.

Skills

• Expertise in developing and delivering training content using various methods (mentoring, coaching, in-classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations, etc.).
• Proficiency in training management systems and advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office and relevant software.
• Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and planning abilities.

• Excellent communication/ presentation/ training skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to adapt to various training styles (offline, online, hybrid)
