Tasks – Activities – Responsibilities

  • Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks, to identify and attract potential candidat.
  • Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
  • Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
  • Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person);
  • Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning tests.
  • Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally.
  • Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
  • Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits.
  • Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-filltime-to-hire and source of hire;
  • Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events.
  • Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
  • Act as a consultant to new hires and help them on board.
  • Design and update job descriptions.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with potential candidates and recruitment agencies to create a strong talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
  • Support HR Team in Ho Chi Minh office to set up events/workshop/training;
  • Other tasks assigned by direct manager.
  • Our job performance is within the framework of the BV Quality Assurance System, QHSE policy, Codes of Ethics and BV Group’s policies and procedures.

 

Job Qualifications

 

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is typically required.
  • Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred, with a strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Significant experience with sourcing techniques; effective sourcing and attracting candidates.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong judgment, and effective negotiation abilities are essential. Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases is also valuable.
  • Good knowledge of recruitment process; recruitment market.
  • Understanding of referral programs.
  • Good knowledge of VN Labor Code as well as other labor rules
