Job Title: Trainer 
Reporting: Training Manager
Location: BV HCM Office  

 

Tasks – Activities – Responsibilities

 

1.Development and Delivery of Training Programs:

  • Design and implement both public and in-house training programs related to QHSE management systems.
  • Conduct training sessions in offline, online, or hybrid formats.
  • Develop training outlines, materials, presentations, and instructional guides.


2. Program Evaluation and Support: 

  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Address client inquiries related to the certification process.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest regulations, standards and industry best practices.


3. Strategic Contributions: 

  • Provide guidance to management on training and development strategies.
  • Identify and support opportunities for cross-selling Bureau Veritas services as needed.
  • Execute additional tasks as assigned by the Training Manager.


4. Compliance and Quality Assurance: 

  • Ensure adherence to the BV Quality Assurance System, QHSE policy, Codes of Ethics, and BV Group’s policies and procedures.

 

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • Certificate as a QHSE Lead Auditor (IRCA certified) is required.
  • Background in Social and Sustainability standards is preferred;
  • 3–5 years of experience in QHSE training and auditing.
  • Strong understanding of local and international QHSE regulations and standards.

 

Technical and professional skills

  • Expertise in developing and delivering training content using various methods (mentoring, coaching, in-classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations, etc.);
  • Proficiency in training management systems and advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office and relevant software.
  • Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and planning abilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to adapt to various training styles (offline, online, hybrid)
  • Adaptable to different training styles (offline, online and hybrid)
  • Capable of working in various workplace environments
  • Occasional travel between company sites may be required
  • Strong Problem-Solving, decision making abilities
  • Fluent in reading, writing & speaking English.
