: Training Manager


: Certification Manager (CER Manager)

: Ho Chi Minh


Tasks – Activities – Responsibilities


  • Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers.
  • Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations.
  • Deploy a wide variety of training methods.
  • Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions.
  • Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness,
  • Develop trainer resources as per the development of Certification.
  • Ensure the competence of trainer team and ensure the quality of training service.
  • Monitor the operation of training team.
  • Our job performance is within the framework of the BV Quality Assurance System, QHSE policy, Codes of Ethics and BV Group’s policies and procedures.

Candidate Profile


  • University degree or equivalent.
  • QHSE a must (Lead IRCA);
  • FSMS a must (FSSC/BRC/IFS/FDA)
  • Sustainability is preferred. Proven work experience as a Training Manager
  • Track record in designing and executing successful training programs.
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively.
  • Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals.
  • Good computer and database skills
  • Business mind set to support development of CER business.

Technical and professional skills


  • Good command in office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, …)

  • Can arrange to travel for inspection jobs
