Job Description: SENIOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT – TRAINING INHOUSE

Report to: BD Training Manager (Inhouse Training & 2nd party audit)

Working location: BV HCM/HN Office

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced QHSE Trainer to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs that ensure compliance, promote safety awareness, and support our organization's quality and environmental standards.

Tasks – Activities – Responsibilities:

• To be responsible for the sales related to training & 2nd party audit services to client.

• Identify, develop and follow-up on new sales leads and prospects

• Conduct telesales to approach into enterprise’s community to finalize potential customers

• Define potential customers and conduct sales meeting

• Collect all accurate information of customers and issuing quoting/ contract

• Prepare Proposal/Contract

• Ensure the target number of visiting of new prospects

• Achieve the target fixed by line Manager

• Manage and follow up sales database and customers

• Build, strengthen and optimize relationships with clients, prospects and partners

• Support preparing any tender, specific tasks will be assigned by line Manager case by case

• Maintain good relationship with current customers which are assigned by line manager

• To coordinate with operations departments when receiving any requirement from customers

Candidate Profile:

Education and Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree.

• Have knowledge of ISO and working for Certification Body is advanced.

Experience: At least 5 years working experience in Sales/Business Development (preferred candidate who has experience on Business Development in Training and Certification scope).

Skills:

• Proficiency in training management systems and advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office and relevant software.

• Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and planning abilities.

Technical and professional skills:

• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills

• Occasional travel between company sites may be required

• Strong Problem-Solving, decision-making abilities

• Fluent in reading, writing & speaking English.
