Bureau Veritas Vietnam office is seeking for Senior Welding Engineers (various positions) for an oil and gas project and looking for experienced professional who keen to join the team and leaves their mark in shaping society and a world of trust.

Manage and responsible for the delivery of welding engineering activities, welding procedure qualification, weld procedure development and implementation of best practice for the Welding team.

Qualification: 

1. Basic engineering degree and at least 15  years of working experience in the oil and gas industry of which 10 years must be in offshore with similar project in a similar and equivalent role.
2. Familiar with onshore fabrication or offshore installation sites or at vendor's works, relating to inspections, fabrication, installation, testing and hook-up & commissioning of the oil and gas facilities.
3. Inspectors for source inspection shall be familiar with the equipment/packages assigned and shall have a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in inspection and testing of similar equipment.
4. Qualified welding, NDT and painting certificate such as CSWIP, AWS, API, PCN, NACE, etc.
5. A deep understanding of QA/QC related regulations, data sheet, codes and standards such as AWS, ASME, BS EN, API, ASTM, DNV, NACE, ISA, ANSI, IEEE, NEMA, etc.
6. Qualified welding, NDT and painting certificate of CSWIP, AWS, API, PCN, NACE, etc.
7. ISO 9001, ISO 9000, ISO 9004, ISO 10005 Quality Management Systems.
