  • General Description

 

Our job performance is within the framework of the BV Quality Assurance System, QHSE policy, Codes of Ethics and BV Group’s policies and procedures.

 

  • Tasks – Activities – Responsibilities
  • Project Management
  • Plan, schedule, and manage construction projects from inception to completion
  • Develop project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Monitor project progress against KPIs and deliverables
  • Ensure projects stay within budget and timeline constraints
  • Technical Engineering Leadership
  • Provide technical oversight and engineering expertise
  • Review and approve engineering designs and specifications
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and regulations
  • Conduct technical feasibility studies and assessments
  • Quality & Safety Management
  • Implement quality assurance protocols and standards
  • Ensure workplace safety compliance (OSHA, local regulations)
  • Conduct inspections and audits
  • Manage risk mitigation strategies
  • Team Leadership
  • Supervise and coordinate construction teams and subcontractors
  • Conduct performance evaluations and training
  • Foster collaborative working relationships
  • Resolve conflicts and manage personnel issues
  • Stakeholder Communication
  • Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and authorities
  • Prepare progress reports and presentations
  • Manage client expectations and satisfaction

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering up
  • Have the License of Construction Supervision, grade 1
  • Have the certificate of Labor safety, group 1
  • Fluent in writing and speaking English
  • Trustworthy, high integrity
