  1. Tasks – Activities – Responsibilities

Logistics Planning and Optimization:

  • Take primary responsibility for planning, coordinating, and arranging logistics (car booking, Taxi, Grab, Auditor’ car,. etc.) for the audit team's business trips.
  • Analyze schedules and develop plans to optimize travel routes, ensuring efficiency and car rental cost savings.
  • Proactively source and negotiate with transportation service providers to secure the best rates and terms, aiming to enhance cost-effectiveness.
  • Ensure that the transportation terms stipulated in the signed contracts are executed in accordance with actual practice
  • Perform as requested by Manager.

 

  1. Job Qualifications

 

  • College/ Bachelor’s degree in English, or Business Admin or similar
  • Good command in logistics coordination, route planning, or transportation management is a strong advantage.
  • Good command in office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ...)
  • Fluent in reading, writing & speaking English is preferred
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of character
