TASKS – ACTIVITIES – RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment and information;
Liaising with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives;
Ensuring that clients’ needs are met as the project evolves;
Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management;
Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve;
Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise;
Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants;
Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers;
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports;
Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role;
Graduated from technical university;
English proficiency (speaking, writing)
Familiar with the authority approval for construction project
Excellent coordinating and communicating skill
TECHNICAL AND PROFESSIONAL SKILLS
Good in reading, writing & speaking English
Good command in office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, …)
Can work independently under pressure
Can arrange to travel for inspection jobs
