About the Job
 

As a project coordinator in the Riskcontrol department (independent part of the Bureau Veritas Group), you will have an extensive position. You work on different projects for different large (inter)national clients. The tasks involved are diverse and that makes your work very dynamic. As a project coordinator you ensure that the projects and programs of (inter)national HSE services run smoothly. You coordinate the process from A (receiving the order) to Z (invoicing and evaluation) with the client to perfection. In addition to the administrative tasks, as project coordinator you are tasked with keeping internal and external stakeholders informed by discussing progress on an ongoing basis. Therefore, you work alternately at home, at the office and at the client's location.

Your Responsibilities
 

  • Register sales and contracts with clients in online tools
  • Scheduling risk analyses, site visits, trainings and other parts of our services
  • Managing (inter)national colleagues in +/- 30 European countries on a daily basis performing work at our customers
  • Summarizing reports and sending them to the customer. This both through emails and digital tools
  • Filling the client's digital dashboard with data from reports and risk analyses and contributing to adequate management information for the client
  • Making and monitoring internal/external purchase orders and contributing to the preparation of quotations
  • Continuously finding creative solutions to challenging customer questions in an (inter)national environment


Job Requirements
 

  • secondary vocational education/ bachelor degree working level
  • 2 years of relevant work experience
  • excellent command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing. Command of several 'foreign' languages is an advantage
  • qualifications in project management/lean is a plus, e.g. IPMA, PRINCE 2, Lean/Six Sigma
  • ability to work independently, and sometimes under pressure
  • qualifications in occupational safety (e.g. IVK, MVK or an international variant) is a plus

  • A salary that matches your responsibilities and experience.
  • Maximum 8% bonus of annual gross salary depending on achievement of company and personal objectives
  • Travel allowance of €0.21 nett per km or full compensation for public transport 
  • Home working allowance of €2,20 netto per day and home office furniture 
  • 24.5 vacation days, 3 ATV days and extra days according to age on a full-time basis
  • Pension based on a defined contribution scheme.
