ASSET INTEGRITY COORDINATOR
Job Title: ASSET INTEGRITY COORDINATOR
Department of reference: Operations
Working Place: Onshore – Abidjan, Ivory Coast. Offshore technical support should be requested based on activities needs.
Posting Period: 21 November 2024 – 5 December 2024, at 5:00 PM (UTC)
Main Roles and Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of Asset Integrity Management System in accordance to Bureau Veritas standards
- Establishment of AI KPI reporting, monitoring and management
- Support the Maintenance Manager in preparing and managing an auditable system of asset performance, for JV’s operated asset which will ensure safeguarding asset integrity
- Provide technical support to collect and review yearly AI plan executed by JV’s operator
- Verify that AI plans are fully compliant with asset integrity targets
- Participate in the development of strategic planning documentation
- Ensure any AI related databases are maintained properly and developed to meet company division needs
- Prepare technical scopes for contracts and services
- Achievement of Maintenance KPI’s
- Risk identification and management
Required Qualifications and experience:
- Minimum Degree Qualification in relevant Engineering discipline (BSc / BEng, Diploma etc)
- 7 years of Oil & Gas Industry experience in oil and gas field operations.
- Strong Management skills
- Understanding of Risk Assessment
- Understanding of Safety Case
Required Competencies :
- Previous experience in the upstream O&G industry with exposures to offshore and onshore operations
- Previous experience in CMMS system (SAP), mechanical and asset integrity roles required
- Significant hands-on experience within a facility engineering setting
- Deep knowledge of maintenance process, asset integrity and upstream projects
- Ability to assess key risk factors associated with offshore and onshore projects
- Must be capable of satisfying requirements for Offshore working
- Computer literate
- Good communication in English (verbal and written), presentation, negotiation & influencing skills
