Job Title: FPSO ASSET INTEGRITY ENGINEER/SPECIALIST

Department of reference: Operations

Working Place: Onshore – Abidjan, Ivory Coast. Offshore technical support should be requested based on activities needs.

Main Roles and Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of Asset Integrity Management System for Company Production system in accordance to Bureau Veritas standards
• Establishment of AI KPI reporting, monitoring and management
• Provide the technical support to collect data and review yearly AI plan executed by the FPSO Operator and ensure the follow-up
• Verify that AI plans are fully compliant with asset integrity targets
• Provide technical support to review the strategic maintenance and inspection programs
• Work closely with Maintenance Engineering on AI objectives and target setting and monitor Company performance by utilization of KPI’s
• Participate in development of AI documentation
• Continuous monitoring of AI related documents & procedures; ensure procedures are revised and up to date
• Prepare technical scopes for services and contracts
• Strict HSE compliance
• Risk Identification & Management

Required Qualifications and experience:

• Minimum Degree Qualification in relevant Engineering discipline (BSc / BEng, Diploma etc.)
• 5 years of Oil & Gas Industry experience in oil and gas field operations.
• Understanding of Risk Assessment

Required Competencies :

• Previous experience in the upstream O&G industry with exposures to offshore and onshore operations
• Asset integrity strategy implementation and KPI development
• Corrosion management system
• Deep knowledge of maintenance process, asset integrity and upstream projects
• Ability to assess key risk factors associated with offshore and onshore projects
• Good communication in English (verbal and written)
• Significant hands-on experience
• Data Management (Generic)
• Supports and Technologies: Standard ISO, and Quality system
