Working Place: Abidjan, Ivory Coast, Offshore.

Job Purpose:
To ensure that all in-field activities and equipment are in accordance with HSE regulations, policies, standards and best practices, thereby assuring the safety of all personnel, Company assets and the environment:
- Demonstrate commitment toward HSE requirement on the workplace
- Ensure promotion and application of Stop Work Authority
- Ensure compliance with local legal requirements and Company standards
Main Working Interfaces:
INTERNAL: Onshore/Offshore Installation Company Representative, HSEQ manager
EXTERNAL: Third party bodies, Contractors & Subcontractors, Visitors, Local authorities
Main Roles and Responsibilities:
- Adhere and disseminate Company HSE policies
- Assist Offshore Installation Company Representative for HSEQ issues: Supervise and check Work Permits, carry out hazard analysis of the site, update the risk register, etc.
- Perform regular HSE Walkthrough, inspection and audit as per plan;
- Ensure risk mitigation measures are applied and respected.
- Ensure continuous supervisions of operational activities in collaboration with Contractor HSE Staff;
- Participate and provide HSE advice during daily TBT;
- Ensure daily Permit to work audit using the company checklist;
- Promote and Implement the Company HSE tools (e-gruvis, checklist opi 047, Safety Golden Rules, Environment Golden Rules, Process Safety Fundamentals, etc…);
- Participate and animate HSE awareness and sensibilization sessions including Lesson Learned sharing;
- Prepare and communicate with the company Management daily HSE report.
- Report UA/UC, Near Misses and Accident as per Eni procedure;
- Ensure HSE reporting as per the company procedure;
- Participate and contribute on investigations of UA/UC, Near Misses and Accidents;
- Support on emergency management and emergency drills realization
- Implement all actions requested to ensure continuous improvement and spread of HSE culture
Required Qualifications and experience:
- HSE Technical Diploma / Engineering or a related technical field
- At least 5 years of demonstrable Oil & Gas Industry experience or 5 years in equivalent position.
- At least 3 years of Offshore experience would be an advantage.
- Knowledge on ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
- Familiarity with offshore and onshore oil and gas equipment, systems and best practices
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in French and English, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of local regulations and standards in Ivory Coast's oil and gas industry is preferred.
HSE Training Completions Required :
- T-BOSIET/T-FOET OPITO or equivalent
- Seafarer Certificate
- HSE Supervision offshore
- Advanced Firefighting (Recommended)
- Advanced First Aid (Recommended)
- Hazard recognition & Risk evaluation
- Confined Spaces entry (awareness and rescue)
- Welding / Cutting operations
- Work at Height
- Lifting Operations
- Pressure Test Operations
- Control of hazardous energy (LOTO)
- Chemical Hazards and Safety Data Sheet
- Radioactive hazards
- Electrical Hazard (LT/HT Competent Person)
Others:
