Production Engineer Coordinator - Ivory Coast Project

Job Title: Production Engineering Coordinator in offshore oil and gas projects in Ivory Coast:

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor production engineering activities for offshore oil and gas projects in Ivory Coast.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams (operations, maintenance, projects, etc.) to ensure effective integration and execution of production engineering workscopes.
• Develop and implement production optimization strategies to maximize hydrocarbon recovery and operational efficiency.
• Monitor production performance and identify areas for improvement; recommend and implement corrective actions.
• Support production operations by providing technical expertise and troubleshooting assistance.
• Prepare production engineering reports, analysis, and other documentation as required.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Participate in project planning, risk assessments, and change management processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum/Chemical/Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in production engineering, preferably in an offshore oil and gas environment.
• Strong understanding of production engineering principles, equipment, and processes.
• Proficient in production data analysis, optimization techniques, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with applicable industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, multilingual environment.
• Proficiency in French and English languages.
• Knowledge of local Ivorian oil and gas industry regulations and practices.
• Willingness to travel to offshore facilities and work in a rotational shift schedule.
