Job Title: Subsea Asset Integrity Engineer
Location: Offshore projects in Ivory Coast

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement asset integrity management plans for subsea infrastructure, including pipelines, manifolds, wellheads, and other subsea equipment.
  • Conduct risk assessments, failure mode and effect analyses, and other integrity assessments to identify potential issues and mitigate risks.
  • Coordinate and oversee nondestructive testing, inspections, and monitoring programs to assess the condition of subsea assets.
  • Analyze inspection and monitoring data to identify trends, deterioration, and maintenance requirements.
  • Develop maintenance strategies and schedules to ensure optimal performance and service life of subsea equipment.
  • Liaise with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to ensure alignment on asset integrity management.
  • Maintain comprehensive asset integrity records and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards, regulations, and client requirements.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to onsite teams during installation, commissioning, and operations.
  • Participate in the design review process for new subsea projects to identify and mitigate integrity risks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, offshore, or petroleum engineering preferred)
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in subsea asset integrity management for offshore oil and gas projects
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing integrity management programs for subsea infrastructure
  • Strong technical expertise in subsea equipment, corrosion, and integrity assessment methods
  • Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices for offshore oil and gas operations
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
  • Willingness to work in a challenging offshore environment and travel as required
  • Proficiency in French and English languages
