Job Title: Subsea Asset Integrity Engineer
Location: Offshore projects in Ivory Coast
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement asset integrity management plans for subsea infrastructure, including pipelines, manifolds, wellheads, and other subsea equipment.
- Conduct risk assessments, failure mode and effect analyses, and other integrity assessments to identify potential issues and mitigate risks.
- Coordinate and oversee nondestructive testing, inspections, and monitoring programs to assess the condition of subsea assets.
- Analyze inspection and monitoring data to identify trends, deterioration, and maintenance requirements.
- Develop maintenance strategies and schedules to ensure optimal performance and service life of subsea equipment.
- Liaise with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to ensure alignment on asset integrity management.
- Maintain comprehensive asset integrity records and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards, regulations, and client requirements.
- Provide technical support and guidance to onsite teams during installation, commissioning, and operations.
- Participate in the design review process for new subsea projects to identify and mitigate integrity risks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, offshore, or petroleum engineering preferred)
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in subsea asset integrity management for offshore oil and gas projects
- Proven track record in developing and implementing integrity management programs for subsea infrastructure
- Strong technical expertise in subsea equipment, corrosion, and integrity assessment methods
- Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices for offshore oil and gas operations
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
- Willingness to work in a challenging offshore environment and travel as required
- Proficiency in French and English languages
