Express your talents!

Within the Marketing and Communication Department, you bring your relevant analysis and recommendations to optimize the company’s future strategies.

Your main missions will be :

- Aggregate data from various sources (social media platforms, websites, email campaigns, market research...) to get a complete view of our marketing performance and build a PowerBi overview in real time or equivalent ,

- Analyze and leverage data to identify website and campai trends, measure campaign performance and evaluate against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Return On Investment (ROI) targets,

- Set up a tracking system, dashboards and reports highlighting key indicators, achievements and areas for improvement for the Marketing activities we are implementing,

- Lead and develop email nurturing campaigns based on the results we are seeing from your reports,

- Conduct market research to support the strategic vision (competition analysis, audience segmentation, market trends...) and develop a watch on technological developments to enable our team to be at the forefront of most up to date marketing setup (e.g. new software based on AI).

As a graduate in Master’s degree Digital marketing and Data Science, you have a experience of at least 5 years in data analysis with close relation to Marketing issues.

You have significant experience in analyzing, identifying, implementing tools, technologies and processes to improve data analytics in Marketing capabilities.

Your knowledge of Marketing Automation (e.g. HubSpot or Pardot), lead Generation (MQL / SQL), nurturing emailing campaigns, tool (like Power Bi, GA4), building meaningful dashboards and reports, worked in a BtoB Marketing environment, ideally internationally / globally, are highly appreciated.

Your ability to communicate with your various stakeholders allows you to understand data needs and provide information that guides content creation, campaign development and customer engagement strategies.

Bilingual English, you have real analytical skills with a thorough understanding to bring relevant advice and proposals.
