--> Responsibilities: 

  • Being a part of dynamic and international internal audit team based in La Defense, Paris
  • Provide assurance regarding Group policies and/ or regulations compliance and International Financial Reporting Standards requirements.
  • Review financial, business and operational processes, along with extra-financial processes and KPIS, including compliance reviews.
  • Report the results of all internal audits and related assignments with recommendations wherever applicable.
  • Act as a business partner and provide efficient support to Group’s operational entities.

 

--> Main missions : 

  • You report to the team Manager and performs autonomously the audit missions assigned, timely and in line with IIA standards and as defined in AAS working program and under the supervision of the Team Manager:

-Mission preparation

    • Prepare the audit by extracting ledgers and gathering all relevant information from auditees;
    • Manage logistical and security aspects;
    • Support review, risk areas identification, test samples preparation and overall preparation.

-Field work

    • Prepare and participates to the kick-off meeting;
    • Perform the audit work in your scope autonomously and support the team Manager;
    • Prepare and participates to the closing meeting;
    • Prepare the audit report and contribute to the overall quality of the report.

-Finalization of the mission

    • Check the action plan proposed by auditees (Action plan relevance & deadlines);
    • Prepare Final audit report issuance;
    • Ensure mission supporting evidence are duly filled in the dedicated SharePoint;
    • Formalize all tasks & review conducted and maintain storage in the dedicated SharePoint.

 

  • Overall, you are fully involved in the proper conduct of the mission, in accordance with the internal audit methodology & the respect of the deadlines, reporting to the team Manager.
  • You are fully involved in the monitoring of actions plans until completion, through reminders and dedicated workshops to relevant stakeholders (including escalation process).
  • You alert the internal audit management in case of any issues.
  • You participate to the continuous improvement of the department and demonstrates team spirit.
  • You are involved in cross-functional subjects in the Internal Audit department: KPIs, reporting, tools, etc.
  • You provide inputs and insights to Management and contribute to deliver the Audit Plan according to the 3 key drivers: (i)in a timely manner, (ii) according to the standards of quality and (iii) with an impactful / value added approach.

 

--> Job Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in accounting, Economics, Finance, Control or Audit
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in auditing, internal control, financial analysis and /or consulting role. Previous experience in a sizeable professional accounting firm (big4) is preferred. Previous internal audit experience is a plus.
  • Possess fluency in English, another language would be a plus. (work language is English)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and “smart streets” aptitudes.
  • Frequent travel is required (c.2 weeks per month on average).
