--> Job Description :

At Bureau Veritas, Marketing is about understanding clients — and building awareness about how our solutions/services can satisfy their needs. The position requires experience developing and executing marketing campaigns while managing and inspiring a team. The manager needs to be comfortable with day-to-day marketing activities, as well as long-term strategy, thriving with tight deadlines and changing needs.

The Group Marketing manager oversees different markets such as M&O, CPS, Certification, Buildings & infrastructure, Industrial Product Certification, Power & Utilities, Oil & Gas, Oil & Petrochemicals, Agri-commodities, Food, Metals & Minerals, Mining and Sustainability. This job requires to be interested in many topics and able to work smoothly both with agencies and different people all over the world. Group Marketing manager will develop and coordinate the marketing projects that are driving the success and visibility of Global Business Lines.

 

--> Main Duties & Responsibilities:

-Operational Marketing & Communications:

  • Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels for different markets.
  • Organize global events (around 10 per year) and collaborate with countries for logistics, booths design and global communications.
  • Lead the execution of GBL and other markets marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration (around 10 white papers per year, 10 business brochures, 20 social media publications, 30 business or technical documents and more than 70 mailings)
  • Coordinate content management of Market & Services and News webpages on Group website (optimization, new insight articles, press releases, infographics)
  • Analyze customer insights, competition trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies

-Marketing strategy:

  • Present plan and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with top management about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.
  • Lead and coordinate business intelligence program within Bureau Veritas.
  • Construction and management of Marketing budget.

-Team management:

  • Direct reporting of 2 people (Marketing specialist) and indirect reporting of SSC team for communications, design and collateral and SharePoint - monitor results, delegate and coordinate work, motivate and develop the team, achieve the objectives fixed. More people can be added during deployment of listed activities.
  • Transversal reporting with Marketing representatives within Operating Groups and Sustainability ensuring good collaboration and alignment.
  • Leading the creative team (7 people), develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all communications materials, including print, digital, and video assets.

--> Job Knowledge, Skills & Experience :

-Professional and/or technical competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication or business
  • Good written and verbal communication skills (English – any other language will be a plus)
  • Min of 5 years of proven experience in marketing & communications
  • Min of 3 years of experience in markets B2B
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
  • Team management skills

-Salesforce & Pardot – M&S Group

  • Coordination with IMS to build the platform and create global governance.
  • Deployment and coordination of the solution for all operating groups
  • Training of local and global marketing teams
  • Partner web markeitng teams to design, test and evolve lead qualification and nurturing tactics.
  • Presentation of updates and key actions to S&M leadership
  • Work to continuously develop new features and improve the solution (Synchronization between Pardot and Salesforce, connected campaigns etc…)

-Community building – M&S Group

  • Animate the marketing monthly call – global meeting with all the marketing representatives within BV
  • Organization and communication management of the Sales award campaign
  • Sales stars and Sales Awards management.
