Within the Marketing and Communication Department, you will be involved in the organization and management of events projects, and you will also participate in marketing projects.

Your main missions will be:

- Deploy events and set up processes in the various preparation phases,

- Participate in the planning and organization of corporate events, trade shows, seminars and webinars in France and abroad (logistics, supplier management, on-site coordination, goodies management, booklets...),

- Create and follow communication tools (signage, invitations, booklets, kakémono, videos, webinar, hybrid events...),

- Communicate to the Marketing and Communication team the elements to be integrated on the website, intranet and social networks concerning event actions,

- Manage and track ad campaigns, timelines...,

- Participate in the marketing and communication policy and support the management of projects related to the team, ensuring compliance with deadlines and budget,

- Bring your analysis of the results and propose optimization axes.

As a graduate in Master’s degree in Marketing and Communication, you have a first experience of at least 3 years in web communication and events, in the industrial sector.

You have significant experience in mastering the concepts of communication and market segment marketing approach.

Your ease in organizing events and in written and oral communication as well as your innovations will help you develop dynamic and attractive communication.

Bilingual English, you have real writing skills with a thorough understanding to bring captivating content.
