Experience

Technology Expertise: - M365 Power Platform, SharePoint Custom Application and Solution

Development, SPFx & other MS 365 integrated development tools with the following:

•            SharePoint Online (Out of box Customizations & SPFx development)

•            Power Apps ( Canvas, Model driven, Power Pages, Data verse Modelling etc.)

5 to 7 years professional experience

 

Key responsibilities

1.           Business Point of Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for business-related matters within the Digital Workplace Center of Excellence (DW CoE), engaging with stakeholders and understanding their needs and requirements.

2.           POC for New Features and Tools: Act as the liaison between the DW CoE and various departments or stakeholders for the introduction of new features and tools.

3.           Development of New Services: Drive the development of new services within the COE, collaborating with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, plan, and implement innovative solutions that align with organizational objectives.

4.           Process Audit and Assessment: Conduct thorough audits and assessments of existing business processes within the DW CoE.

5.           Ideation to Business Case Creation: Lead the ideation process for innovative solutions within the COE. Develop comprehensive business cases.

6.           Release of New Features to General Users: Oversee the rollout and release of new features and tools to general users. Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure smooth integration and user adoption.

7.       Act as an advocate by holding regular workshops with business for them to understand the value of the tools we use.

8.       Hold regular information sessions with Global IT to promote the use of the Microsoft platforms which have been adopted.

9.       Be the point of contact for advanced user guidance on new platforms which are under evaluation.
