Express your talents!

As part of the Marine & Offshore Division's Technical Department, you will work in the "Fire & Cargo Safety" section.

You join the team responsible for assessing the conformity of equipment to be installed on ships and offshore units.

Your main missions:

  • Evaluate the compliance with applicable technical rules of projects of equipment submitted by clients.
  • Provide technical support to sales and regulatory development teams on these topics.

Your scope of intervention will be:

  • fire protection systems: materials, partitions, fire doors and dampers, extinguishing systems, etc

  • loading, storage, and distribution equipment for alternative fuels : LNG, hydrogen, ammonia, methanol

On subjects within your scope and in line with your evolving expertise, you are the technical contact person for the employees of the division. You are regularly requested for technical advice, participation in monitoring and development.

If your role is primarily technical, you are responsible for all components related to the proper execution of your reviews: costs, quality, schedule.

You will occasionally join our local surveyor to attend to inspection or test at manufacturer’s plants.

Let's build a world of trust together!

Engineer or with a bachelor’s degree, with skills in mechanical or process engineering, you have ideally initial experience in the maritime, offshore, or industrial field; ideally on subjects related to safety.

Specialization in testing, design, quality and/or control would be an asset to your application.
