We are looking for a Surveyor in Le Havre (France/76)
Join a dynamic team: Attached to our Le Havre Center and integrated within a team of experts from the Northern Region, you will be the technical reference and operator for missions aimed at ensuring the technical compliance of ships with applicable standards.
Your main responsibilities:
- Conducting compliance inspections of all types of merchant ships in service.
- Performing audits (ISM/ISPS/MLC) on merchant ships.
- Inspecting equipment in factories..
You will be required to travel within the Northern region (Normandy, Île-de-France, Hauts-de-France). For this, you will have a vehicle.
Your strengths for success:
- Education and experience: With a higher education in shipbuilding or naval engineering, or as a former officer of the Merchant Navy, you have knowledge in propulsion and onboard systems, electricity, and naval architecture.
- Personal qualities: You demonstrate rigor, a strong team spirit, autonomy, as well as analytical and synthesis skills.
- Language skills: Proficiency in French and English. Your proficiency in English allows you to communicate effectively with our clients, teams, and international network.
- Technical skills: You are proficient with computer tools and have good writing and interpersonal skills.
