The context

You will contribute to the Group’s communication plan execution, with a strong focus on Internal Communications.

You will also take part in the team's various projects - content production, web, social media.

Within a team of 5 people, you will report to the Head of Internal communications & E-influence (based in Singapore) and be in permanent contact with the rest of the team based in Paris and Lisboan.

Your mission

You will specifically bring support in:

• the definition and implementation of internal communication campaigns
• the development of new internal tools (ie newsletter)
• the intranet – both on the editorial (articles, videos) and the technical side (functionalities evolutions)
• the development of our internal platform dedicated to Sustainability
• the performance analytics
• the benchmarking of good practices and market watch (internal com/ social media)
• the production of assets (web news, video, editorial planning...)

Your profile

You have a degree in communication (bac +4 or bac +5), ideally with a focus on internal or digital communications. You are looking for - at least - a 6 months experience or an apprenticeship;

You are organized and dynamic, curious and creative and you have good interpersonal skills.

You have perfect writing skills and are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
