Your mission:

  • Reporting to VP Group FP&A (Planning-Reporting/Budget-Forecast/HO Controlling/Projects and Business controlling)
  • Team Controlling HO within the Group FP&A team
  • HO as an Operating Group within the Group, composed of  Global Functions, Group Service-Lines, Global IT (ISM) and other dedicated departments as Group Insurance, Incentive plans, HQ Premises & General services

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Accounting (with the support of French DCF based in Lyon) / Reporting / Controlling
  • Monitoring of HO Budget and Forecasts (3 per year)
  • Monthly HO Reportings: P&L and Cash flow, by nature and destination
  • Analysis, comments, actions plan
  • HR monitoring: FTE-HC movements, Bonus, Functions, Group Incentive plans
  • Global vision of Group projects, monitored by Department
  • Supporting operational staff in managing their activity

 

Other projects:

    • Monthly Reporting
  • Modelling-standardizing-industrializing reporting-presentation under Tableau
  • Including creation of dedicated dashboards / Phasing out of all xls reporting
  • Giving reporting a more forward-looking orientation
  • Design, build, run a commentary model on the 3KPis for departments
  • Group FP&A and HO: Integrate GSL-ISM in Finance organization, finance projects
  • Produce a quarterly HC monitoring table: volume / package
  • Strengthen the control of costs and payments on the suppliers’ side with ISM/Purchasing/DCF
  • Review the classification of cash cost elements
  • Chart of Accounts France – Functions – AD50 cleaning

 

Your profile:

  • Management control: accurate, rigorous, compliant with deadlines
  • Know how to manage a team
  • Accounting and administrative skills
  • Preparation, planning, organization and control are key requisites for the role given the large number of contacts, the amount of data treated and the tight deadlines
  • Good inter- personal and communication skills are necessary given the teamwork and co-ordination involved.
  • Communication must be done in English to a high standard.
  • Excel, Word, PPT, BPC-Tableau
  • English is mandatory
