HSSE Superintendent #PHM

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (S1 or equivalent) in Engineering or Physical Sciences, with formal HSSE training and recognized qualifications or certifications.

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 7 years in an Oil & Gas safety supervisory role, particularly within EPSC Oil & Gas projects.

• Proven experience in directly supervising 5–10 supervisors or personnel.

• Experience working on projects valued at USD 20–50 million or higher is considered an advantage.

• Good knowledge and understanding of recognized national and international standards, codes, laws, regulations, including Indonesian Government regulations related to HSSE.

• Strong knowledge of risk assessment techniques, with hands-on experience in conducting HIRA, HAZID, JRA, JSA, and other qualitative risk assessment reviews.

• Good administrative skills, including proficiency in office applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Extensive knowledge of project construction activities, including SIMOPS, construction, piping installation, hook-up, and commissioning, as well as a solid understanding of production operations and associated hazards.

• Strong safety awareness, initiative, assertiveness, planning and organizing skills, forward-thinking mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment with high ethical standards.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.

• Proactive with strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Able to perform effectively under pressure.
