• This often involves planning 1.5 years in advance for major component replacements.
• Collecting progress data, analyzing performance indicators, preparing S-curves, and generating clear reports for management and stakeholders.
• Identifying potential risks (e.g., equipment delays, unexpected site conditions) and developing mitigation plans.
• The role is crucial during a turbine overhaul to minimize downtime, as the plant is not generating profit during this period.
