ORF Piping Construction Specialist #GendaloG

Qualification:

a)        Bachelor degree in mechanical, mechanical or material engineering (S1) from  university in Indonesia.
b)        Min 8 years working experience in area production facility construction and Installation, the experience gained shall be in a similar role and the candidate shall have a strong construction engineering background and have demonstrable yard leadership skills.
c)        8 years supervisory experiences in relevant discipline engineer in upstream oil and gas facilities. 
d)        Experience in ITR-A, ITR-B, and PTW (HOT / COLD).
e)        Experience in Involved and provide technical support during welding fabrication, installation, NDT, PWHT, hydrotest, chemical flushing, blowing, pigging, and N2 preservation activities.
f)         Experience in Develop Piping JOB Card.
g)        Experienced with the utilization of Pressurized Habitat during HOT WORK activities in facility oil & gas brown field area.
h)        Considerable experience of relevant piping design or during installation activities.
i)         Familiarity with and experience of applying codes and standards such as ASME 31.3, API, SNI and another relevant standard.
j)         Having additional background and experience in welding, NDT, painting, corrosion, failure analysis or RBI (Risk Based Inspection) are preferable.
k)        Having international or local certification/training in welding, NDT, painting, corrosion or lifting such as CSWIP, IWE, BGAS, NACE, LEEA, ASNT or other organization are preferable
l)         Having experience working in ORF Facilities and brownfield project are preferable.
