FPU Mechanical Static Engineer #GendaloG

Qualification:
a)        Bachelor degree in mechanical or material engineering or a related discipline from  university.
b)        Min 10 years working experience in area production facility Topside, the experience gained shall be in a similar role and the candidate shall have a strong construction engineering background.
c)        Proficiency in the design, operation, and maintenance of static equipment including pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and storage tanks.
d)        In-depth knowledge of industry codes and standards (API, ASME ANSI, ISO, TEMA, ALPEMA).
e)        Experience with hydrocarbon processing industries, including LNG and refining
f)        Experience with ASME (B31.1, B31.3), NBIC, API 510, TEMA, ASTM, NACE, NFPA codes
g)        Proficient in CAESAR, AUTOPIPE, PV ELITE, COMPRESS, HTRI, HTFS and ANSYS application
h)        Experience in mechanical static equipment (e.g. vessel, reactor, supports), piping, fitting, valve design.
i)        Familiar with code and standard applicable for mechanical equipment including but not limited to API 610, API 674, API 675, API 616, API 618, ASME Sect. VIII, ANSI B31.3, NFPA30, and SNI
j)        Familiar and understand with the Mechanical Specification and Design Criteria, Mechanical Drawings (e.g. P&ID, equipment Layout, piping isometric, hydraulic and control schematic), Hazardous Area Classification Concept, Datasheet, MTO and Bulk Material.
