HSE Specialist CHESM, Performance Assurance & Reporting (KNH) #GendaloG

Qualification:

a)        Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
b)        A minimum of 10 years of experience in HSE roles within the oil and gas industry, with a focus on contractor management and performance assurance.
c)        Experience in offshore operations,
d)        Relevant certifications such as NEBOSH (National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health) or equivalent are mandatory. 
e)        Experience with health, safety, and environmental regulations applicable to the oil and gas industry.
f)         Experience  with developing and implementing HSE management systems and processes.
g)        Experience in conducting HSE audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
h)        Experienced with analyze HSE performance data and generate comprehensive reports.
i)         Experience with contractor management processes, including pre-qualification, performance monitoring, and evaluation
