Qualification:

a)        Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Process Engineering, or a related field.
b)        10 years of experience in pre-commissioning, commissioning, or startup operations in the oil & gas industry.
c)        Previous experience in EPCI projects, offshore installations, pipelines, FPU/FPU/FLNG, or subsea systems.
d)        Experience Develop and implement Pre-Commissioning Execution Plans (PEP), procedures, and checklists.
e)        Experience Define system boundaries, test packs, and test requirements for mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems.
f)         Experience in hydrostatic testing, leak testing, flushing, drying, pigging, chemical cleaning, and inerting for pipelines and process systems.
g)        Experience in coodination with construction and commissioning teams to ensure seamless handover of systems.
h)        Experience and strong knowledge of process systems, instrumentation, electrical, and mechanical pre-commissioning methods.
i)         Experience with offshore facilities, FPU/FPU/FLNG topsides, pipelines, and subsea systems.
j)         Experience in completion tracking software (ICAPS, PIMS, WinPCS, GoCompletions, etc.).
