SIMOPS Coordinator #GendaloG

Qualification:

a)        Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Marine, or related fields) or extensive operational experience.
b)        10+ years of experience in oil & gas operations, with a strong background in offshore construction, drilling, production, or marine operations.
c)        Previous experience in SIMOPS coordination, HSE supervision, or offshore interface management.
d)        Experience with of EPCI projects, commissioning, and simultaneous work activities.
e)        Experience with offshore operations, drilling, construction, subsea, and marine activities.
f)         Experience in HSE regulations, risk assessment methodologies, and PTW systems.
g)        Experience with offshore lifting operations, ROV/dive support, and heavy marine logistics.
i)         Experience in problem-solving and crisis management skills for handling SIMOPS conflicts in real-time.
j)         Experience in marine navigation and offshore operational software is a plus.
k)        Experience in develop and implement SIMOPS plans for overlapping offshore activities (e.g., drilling, production, construction, heavy lifts, diving, vessel operations).
l)         Experience in coordination between drilling, production, subsea, construction, and marine teams to ensure safe and conflict-free execution.
m)       Experience in identify and mitigate potential hazards, conflicts, and interferences between different operations.
n)        Experience in maintain SIMOPS matrices, interface registers, and activity schedules to track ongoing and upcom Conduct SIMOPS risk assessments (HAZID, HAZOP, JSA, PTW reviews) and implement necessary risk controls.
