• Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Professional Certification: Must possess a valid BIM & CAD/CAM Training Certificate (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, or specialized CAM software certification).
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience working as a BIM Modeler and CAD/CAM Operator in construction or manufacturing projects.
• Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of BIM software (Revit/Tekla) and CAD/CAM tools for drafting and fabrication.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of construction methodologies, structural detailing, and the ability to interpret complex technical specifications.
• Detail-Oriented: High level of accuracy in modeling and drawing, with a focus on precision for fabrication purposes.
