Project Controller #Stargate

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil / Industrial / Mechanical / Electrical)
• 15+ years of experience in EPC projects
• 10+ years serving as Project Control Lead / Senior Project Control
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera and/or MS Project
• Strong capability in developing baseline schedules, WBS, resource loading, and S-Curve progress
• Skilled in preparing project budgets, Cost Breakdown Structures (CBS), and cash flow projections
• Deep understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM)
• Experienced in forecasting cost at completion and performing variance analysis
• Proven experience in managing change orders and claim control
• Able to deliver Project Control Reports, Executive Dashboards, and Progress Summaries
• Strong leadership and managerial skills, including leading Planning, Cost Control, and Document Control teams
