Key Responsibilities:

General Ledger & Closing: Execute daily journal entries and perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closing processes in line with corporate guidelines and PSAK.

Reconciliations: Manage routine bank, balance sheet, and intercompany reconciliations to ensure accuracy.

Tax Compliance: Handle the calculation, preparation, and timely filing of monthly Indonesian taxes (PPh 21, 23, 4(2), 26, and PPN/e-Faktur).

AP/AR & Verification: Verify vendor invoices, employee expense claims, and purchase orders against supporting documentation before payment execution.

Audit Support: Prepare schedules, clear documentation, and support for both internal corporate audits and external statutory audits.
Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting or Finance from a reputable university.

Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of solid accounting experience, ideally within a multinational company (MNC) or a fast-paced B2B service industry. (Public Accounting Firm/KAP background is a strong advantage).

Technical Systems: High proficiency in large-scale ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/JDE) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Tax Certification: Holding a Brevet A & B certification is highly preferred.

Languages: Fluent in English (both written and spoken) for regional reporting and global collaboration.
